The starch dewatering and drying facility SO 112, is divided into a closed part (starch reaction and filtration - dewatering) and a semi-open part (starch drying).

The main structure of the production facility is precast concrete skeleton connected with Peikko products in combination with DELTABEAM® Composite Beams (there is a steel structure above the roof of the drying facility), which will be partly sheathed and roofed with sandwich panels. The ground plan dimensions of the building are 25.0 × 37.0 m. The height of the sheathed part will be approximately 25 m - the height of the attic. The built-up area of the facility is 925 m².

The building is designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, the foundation-column connections and the column-column connections are solved with Peikko anchor bolts and anchor shoes. DELTABEAM® Composite Beams are mounted on Peikko PCs® hidden corbels. The beams ensured a low height of the floors, which also contributed to reducing the overall height of the building. The lower edge of the beam and the console-free construction ensure easy routing of installations and distribution pipes. The additional installation of hangers on the beams was also a great advantage. The slabs are with hollow-core panels, in some places with filigree panels.
