Due to the war situation in Ukraine, the geopolitical situation in Europe has permanently changed. This crisis situation and its consequences may also have an effect on Peikko’s customer deliveries.
This war situation is unique and constitutes a so called force majeure event. The current situation is uncertain and unpredictable which makes it very challenging. The full impact of the crisis will be known only as the situation evolves.
Peikko is monitoring the crisis very closely and is making decisions accordingly. We will contact our customers without delay if the situation causes any challenges, e.g., delays in deliveries. We also cooperate closely with our partners to be able to find the most optimal solution that could partly minimize the possible negative impact of the situation.
We sincerely wish that a peaceful solution could be reached between both countries’ governments as soon as possible. We at Peikko stand with the Ukrainian people in this difficult moment.
