Following our move to a brand-new facility in Newton Aycliffe, we are expanding our manufacturing capabilities and building a local team to support our continued growth across the UK and Ireland.

Trainee / Production Assistant

(Future Talent – Manufacturing)

Experience isn’t everything, attitude is.

We are looking for someone with a genuine desire to work, learn and build a long-term career in manufacturing. This role offers hands-on experience in a modern production environment, supported by experienced colleagues.

What you’ll do

  • Support production and fabrication activities
  • Learn to operate machinery and manufacturing processes safely
  • Develop practical skills through hands-on training and guidance
  • Grow your responsibilities as your skills and confidence develop

What we’re looking for

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Reliability, curiosity and pride in doing a good job
  • An interest in manufacturing, engineering or production work
  • A team-focused attitude
